Time Tracking stats inaccurate/unhelpful#517

Or maybe I don’t understand them properly.

I worked on multiple things today, and one of them says 2:21:33 (that was all done today), but the day only recorded one hour of work.

Does it only add the time to the tracker once the task is completed? That would seem to make the states useless for people that have tasks that could take multiple days unless they really atomize the tasks.

Could we get the time for a task tracked to the day the work is done and not the day the task is marked completed?

@Eric Kwoka Yes currently the stats attribute the entierty of the time worked on a task to the day it is completed. Fixing this is already on our roadmap. I’ll merge this post with the original so you know when it’s fixed.
